So my new part time job basically involves going door to door and asking people to sign up to monthly donations to charity. At the moment it's Marie Curie, and probably will be Marie Curie for at least the next month or so. After that, who knows.

But yeh, walking nearly non-stop 3:30-9 three days in a row takes it's toll on your feet. It's been two days since my last shift (I work Mon-Wed) and my feet still ache and I'm still waiting on these blisters to heal. Wearing two pairs of socks at once seems to do a good job at minimizing the pain that the walking causes, but it's still not pleasant. Still, I guess I'll get used to it eventually.

I just need to get my sign-up rate up - they expect you to get at least 1 sign-up every shift, and it has to be £8 a month or over. So far I've got 1 sign up over the whole 5 shifts I've done, so yeh, I probably need to work on whatever it is I'm doing wrong.
