I find it a little bit funny that I'm making plans for 2-5 years down the line when I'm at a point now where I don't even know what time I'll be able to have back in Northampton with my family for Christmas. Guess that's part n parcel with a freelance career.

It wouldn't be so bad if I was getting hours from my part time job, but the rota's now been taken over by someone who isn't giving any hours to anyone who's joined since September. So yeh, it's looking like I'm gonna have to leave that pretty soon.

And at 34 I know exactly what I'll be doing next week... and the week after that... and the week after that. And I'm slightly worried that I'm stuck in a rut.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I'm in college and I just worked out this year what I want to do with my life, meaning I'm several years behind everyone else and with my learning disability catching up is going to be really hard. Of course it probably won't matter with the nuclear war Donald Trump is likely going to cause, probably over something petty like the fact that Mexicans exist.
