I don't get why Americans are so damn angry about the whole healthcare issue. Personally, I'm glad I live in a country where I won't be made homeless to pay for a vital operation, where the first question upon entering a hospital is "are you ok", not "what's your mother's maiden name", and where we're ok paying that little extra tax in the knowledge that if it doesn't save our lives, it may damn well save someone else's.

Seriously America, get with the times.

Completely agree. And I bet some will still be ungrateful after the healthcare reform saves the lives of either themselves, or of those close to them.

The anger is most likely a result of the racism. That's why I hate being an American sometimes...

Yes, the stupidity of so many of us makes it quite embarrassing for the more intelligent among us.

@Newbs & Nat - I know, right?

@leafninja - Yeh. It sucks that after all this time, there are still people who think like that.

@1337Salty - To be honest, that's true in this country.

Yeah, sometimes being an American sucks, I'm in an area where all the school-kids try to act like Gangsters, I've seen about five trip and fall though. Most of the people in my country voted Obama because they thought it would bring change. When they didn't get it instantly they lost faith and pointed fingers...*Sigh* Then when this was pointed out they reacted terribly.
