The comic's gonna have to go on a temporary break, I'm afraid.
I've got a lot of big important interviews with universities that require a lot more attention, along with coursework and... well, you can read the image.
Combine this with the fact that I've already cut it pretty damn fine before with this comic. There've been times where I would be on my last comic, and have to desperately try to get a couple more done before the next update. If I keep going, sooner or later, it'll get to the point where I simply don't have a comic to upload.

So I'm taking a break for a few weeks, until some of the super-important things have blown over, and I actually feel like I have time to draw TiN. I'll also be using this time to build up a decent buffer again, so that this sort of situation won't happen again for a while, and so that I don't feel as much pressure to sacrifice time on school stuff for this.

So yeh, TiN will return as normal, either on the 4th February, or when I have 16 comics done. Whichever happens first.

And I'm not ruling out posting some things here before then, but they won't be TiN comics.

Well, this is a comment that's been hard for me to make, to think... Because all that's running around in my head is either a bunch of random nonsense, a fictitious character named "Dr Hiatus" that causes comics to have to go into hiatus, and how this happened to me too with my Cat Hero comic but for all the wrong reasons. (Mainly replacing "important school stuff" with "being lazy and not doing anything")
I tried as hard as I could to make sure the comment not be offensive or stupid, but after having thought and thrown so many iterations of the comment, I'm just giving in and dropping my thoughts.

When this comic starts up again, I am so going to use the Dr Haitus idea at some point. That's just genius...

And thanks. :) It's good to know I'm not the only one who takes breaks in this sort of thing sometimes.

Good luck with your interviews & exams & stuff.

Incidentally, I think of Hiatus as being a planet in another solar system. When webthings need a holiday, they take it on Hiatus.
