This seems to appear in every advert for one of those "milk for toddlers" adverts, they always talk about "if" you move on from breast feeding.
It shouldn't be an if! In no culture, in the history of humanity has ever had moving on from breast feeding by an optional thing! It's not an "if", it's a "when"! And I worry about the people that wrote that advert if they don't realise that...

It's subliminal, makes it feel like a choice, you're not rushed, their product is there should you need it, not 'you need to end up buying this, so get it.'
Usually the pressure tactic works with selling things, but in this case, it's a stressful enough situation.

Well, I suppose if you count cow udders as being a kind of breast, technically lots of people don't stop breast feeding, they just change species and start putting it on their cereal... I'm making it worse, aren't I?
