Am I the only one who has this issue? If there's one blinking light in the room and I'm trying to sleep, I have to either stop it or cover it up, else I can't sleep. But somehow, if I start getting drowsy when all the lights are on, turning them all off before I fall asleep just starts me tossing and turning in my bed for a half hour or so, trying to find a comfortable position.

For something as good/important as sleep, the details around reaching it and coming out of it are rather annoying.
