So, not only is the sun at eye level, ready to burn the retinas of anyone trying to get around, but when it's not sunny, it rains. A lot.
Northampton isn't one of the areas known for it's flooding. The last thing that I think people called a "flood" was in 1998, and I was in Skegness at the time. But I know there're plenty of areas that dredd the winter rain, cos it means they're gonna have more damage to their homes, properly, and possibley their elderly relatives if they live close by.
