These last two weeks have felt seriously hectic, and I'm still waiting for everything to slow the hell down a bit. Hopefully, now that the funeral's happened it can a little bit.

Well, ok, it's not gonna slow down that much. I've got this comic to keep updated, an art blog to keep running, a HvZ game to organise, a trip to London later this month, a couple of animated teaching aids to make for my dad, movie/pizza nights with friends coming up, and personal little animated shorts to make to keep me active and ready for the second year of my course at uni. And that's all in the time that's left between now and when I turn 19.

I'm so sorry to hear about this. Take as long as you feel you need, and don't worry about this until you feel ready. Don't overstress yourself.

Remember you have the right to cancel any plans if you feel you're not up to any of it, people will understand. But try to take your mind off it, do as many things as you can, fill your time, because I know how much it hurts to sit around and think.
If you ever need someone to talk to who'll understand y'know I'm always here for you. <3

I think I'll just say this again because I know you're a very active person and I can see you driving yourself insane simply by being busy.
You absolutely have the right to just stop doing anything for however long you like, you won't be letting yourself or anyone else down if you hiatus everything.
I've still not gone back to doing things I stopped 2 years ago because I needed time, and it was time I really needed.
Don't be afraid to take what you need, there is no pressure on you.
I said in the last comment to fill your time, but I mean do that if you start having sickening thoughts, sometimes its best to just do and not think.

I've been reading your comics for a while now, and we probably will never meet in the future.

However, I just want to say that I hope you feel okay, and don't push yourself too hard. You do brilliant work, and I always enjoy reading your comics.

Yours sincerely,
A fan

By the time Im writing this it has been a year and a day since this happened, and I still can believe it, Matt was a good friend to us all (and yes he could be an arrogant little tit but that was just who he was) and looking back at this is normal comics with him in helps, so thanks
